COHI wants all Medicaid members to know their rights in Connecticut to receive assistance with non-emergency medical transportation to dental, medical, and behavioral health appointments. These new fact sheets explain members' rights, as well as responsibilities for accessing non-emergency medical transportation so they can make their appointments to receive oral health and other medical care.
