The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership:
The Connecticut Dental Health Partnership is the Dental Plan for HUSKY Health and is administered by BeneCare Dental Plans under a contract with the CT Department of Social Services. They maintain a list of dental providers that accept Medicaid and can assist with providing appointments at: https://ctdhp.org/find-a-dentist/ or by calling 855-CT-DENTAL (855-283-3682).​ A list of safety net provider facilitates that accept Medicaid can be found here.
Community Health Centers:
Community Health Centers are nonprofit, health care practices located in medically underserved areas that provide high quality, primary health care in a culturally appropriate manner to anyone seeking care. University of Connecticut:
The UConn School of Dental Medicine offers a full range of comprehensive and specialized oral health care and accepts Connecticut's Medicaid: UConn Health Dental.
Private Oral Health Providers:
There are over 2,000 dentist in Connecticut and a majority work as private providers in a non-public health location. Some accept Medicaid, others accept only private insurance or do not accept any insurance.
