The Howard I. Mark Award
The Howard I Mark Award is presented annually to a leader in oral health access in Connecticut. Dr. Mark, our co-founder and retired oral surgeon, is passionate about access to quality oral health services. He believes everyone should have the opportunity to attain good oral health, no matter their income or wealth.

Oral Health Champion Award
The Oral Health Champion Award is presented annually to an organization or individual(s) who have advocated alongside COHI to support our mission to strengthen and safeguard access to quality, affordable oral health services for all Connecticut residents.

The Legislative Champion Award is presented annually to Connecticut Legislators who advocate for changes in policy and increased funding to provide better oral health for all Connecticut residents, especially those who are currently underserved and receiving inequitable care.
