Building on 2004's "Embracing a Vision for Oral Health in Connecticut" conference, a coalition of individuals and organizations have been working to develop a statewide oral health plan.

The Connecticut Oral Health Improvement Plan was unveiled on June 14, 2007 at a conference entitled "Sharing the Vision".
