HUSKY premiums repealed!

The Department of Social Services has sent a letter to the Appropriations and Human Services Committee Chairs and Ranking Members regarding HUSKY B premiums. The letter states that due to the "agency's examination of the impact of premium increases on HUSKY B enrollment," premiums will return to amounts in effect prior to the February 2004 increases. Families who paid the increased premiums beginning in 2004 to the present will receive refunds.
